Either <br /> Party may change the address to which communications or payments are to be made by notice to <br /> the other Party as set forth above. <br /> 154. Integration. This Agreement is intended by the Parties as the final expression of <br /> their agreement with respect to such subject matter, both written and oral, and supersedes all <br /> previous agreements. • <br /> 155. Waiver. No delay or omission by a Party to exercise any right occurring upon any <br /> non-compliance or default by the other Party with respect to any of the terms of the Agreement <br /> shall impair any such right or power or be construed to be a waiver thereof. A waiver by either <br /> the County or the University of any failure of the other Party to perform any of its obligations <br /> under this Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of any future or continuing failure or <br /> failures, whether similar or dissimilar thereto. <br /> 52 <br />
