41. LFG Project Permits means all licenses, peimits, certifications, authorizations, <br /> approvals, easements and entitlements issued by any Governmental Authority (including the . <br /> County) and relating to the ownership, development, construction, installation, operation, <br /> maintenance and/or repair of the LFG Project, including, without limitation, any special use <br /> permits or special use penuit modifications, as all of the foregoing may, from time to time <br /> hereafter, be amended or supplemented. <br /> 42. Meter Point A shall be located on the header line that branches to the Gas <br /> Conversion System as shown on Exhibit B. Meter Point A shall be the point where the heating <br /> energy content of Landfill Gas delivered to the Gas Conversion System is measured. <br /> 43. Meter Point A Methane Content has the meaning set forth in Paragraph 118. <br /> 44. Meter Point B shall be located on the header line that branches to the flare as <br /> shown on Exhibit B. Meter Point B shall be the point where the heating energy content of <br /> Landfill Gas delivered to the flare is measured. <br /> 45. Meter Point B Methane Content has the meaning set forth in Paragraph 115. <br /> 46: MMBtu means one million (1,000,000) BTUs. <br /> 47. Monthly Billing Statement has the meaning set forth in Paragraph 127. <br /> 48. North Landfill has the meaning given in the Recitals. <br /> 49. Pipeline means all pipes and equipment necessary to transport LFG from the LFG <br /> Collection System to the Gas Conversion System. <br /> 50. SCF means standard cubic feet, which means the amount of Landfill Gas which <br /> occupies one cubic foot of space when the Landfill Gas is at a pressure of 14.73 psia and a <br /> temperature of sixty degrees Fahrenheit (60° F). <br /> 51. South Landfill has the meaning given in the Recitals. <br /> 1•1 <br />
