shall impair any such right or power or be construed to be a waiver thereof. A waiver by either the <br /> County or the University of any failure of the other Party to perform any of its obligations under <br /> this Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of any future or continuing failure or failures, <br /> whether similar or dissimilar thereto. <br /> 156. Choice of Law. This Agreement and any provisions contained herein shall be <br /> interpreted under the laws of North Carolina without regard to principles of conflicts of law. <br /> 157. Communications. Neither Party shall make any public announcement concerning <br /> this Agreement nor the transaction contemplated herein without first obtaining the approval of the <br /> other Party which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed. <br /> 158. Equal Opportunity/Non-discrimination. The Parties shall comply with all federal <br /> and state requirements concerning fair employment and employment practices discriminating by <br /> reason of race, color, religion, gender, national origin, disability, age, creed, veteran's status, or <br /> sexual orientation. <br /> 159.
