Either Party may change the address to which communications or payments are to be made by notice to the other Party as set forth above. 154. Integration. This Agreement is intended by the Parties as the final expression of their agreement with respect to such subject matter, both written and oral, and supersedes all previous agreements. 155. Waiver.
