provided that the University shall test its metering equipment at least once every six (6) months, <br /> but in no case less than any testing requirement set forth in any applicable Laws or manufacturers' <br /> recommendations. In the event a Gas Flow Meters is to be tested,cleaned,repaired or recalibrated, <br /> or otherwise read or inspected by the University,the University shall provide the County with five <br /> (5)days prior written notice of any such procedure, so that the County may be present during any <br /> such procedure. The University shall preserve all charts, test data and similar records in <br /> accordance with the record retention provisions of Paragraph 148 of this Agreement. The County <br /> shall have the right to install and maintain its own Gas Flow Meters. <br /> 135. The County and its agents shall have the right from time to time, at reasonable <br /> times during the Term, to monitor, access, and inspect the condition and use of the LFG Project <br /> and to monitor, access, and inspect work in progress and the day-to-day operation of the LFG <br /> Project. Any such monitoring, examinations,inspections or visits shall be conducted in a manner <br /> so as to cause minimum interference with the University's LFG Project. <br /> ARTICLE X <br /> INSURANCE AND TAXES <br /> 136. At all times during the term of this Agreement,the Parties shall maintain worker's <br /> compensation insurance, covering liability under applicable worker's compensation law, at the <br /> statutory coverage levels. <br /> 137. Any subcontractor retained by the University in connection with the construction of <br /> the LFG Project shall comply with the minimum insurance requirements specified by the North <br /> Carolina State Construction Office under the "Instructions to Bidders and General Conditions of <br /> the Contract" (Form OC-15). The University shall require each such construction subcontractor to <br /> maintain such coverages for the time periods required therein.
