on the initial submission of any submitted plans and specifications, it shall then have fifteen(15) <br /> calendar days to complete the final review and approval of such revised plans and specifications <br /> prepared by the University. Any revised plans and specifications for which the County has not <br /> provided a response within fifteen (15) calendar days shall be deemed approved. Should <br /> subsequent changes or modifications be made to the-plans and specifications after they have been <br /> approved,the County shall then have seven(7)calendar days to review and approve such changes <br /> or modifications.Any subsequently revised plans and specifications for which the County has not <br /> provided a response within seven(7)calendar days shall be deemed approved.Within a reasonable <br /> time after completing construction of the LFG Collection System, but no longer than sixty (60) <br /> calendar days,the University shall provide to the County all"as-built"plans and specifications for <br /> the LFG Collection System. Until the "as-built" plans and specifications for the LFG Collection <br /> System are provided to the County,the University shall keep the County informed as to the state of <br /> the construction of the LFG Collection System and the location of all then-installed components of <br /> such system. <br /> 64. The University,its employees,agents and subcontractors shall minimize disruption <br /> to Landfill operations during construction,operation,and maintenance of the LFG Project. During <br /> the termTerm of this Agreement,the University,its employees,agents and subcontractors shall not <br /> unreasonably interfere with the County's operation of the Landfill, including, but not limited to, <br /> the County's closure of portions of the Landfill and any other requirements under the Landfill <br /> Permits or applicable Laws, and shall reasonably ensure that the Landfill is not damaged by the <br /> University. Should such damage occur,the University shall arrange for the repairs itself;provided, <br /> however,that the County has the right to take immediate action to effectuate whatever repairs are <br /> necessary to the Landfill and the University shall timely reimburse the County for the reasonable <br /> 16 <br /> {00018638.DOC 21-24} <br />
