Further, unique economic <br />cor7ditions might also irnpac# the ebiiity of an applicant to commence land-disturbing <br />activities in a timely fashion. <br />PRCIPCSAL: <br />Staff is currently reviewing the feasilaility of amending the Ordinance to modify the <br />permit submitfial and cor<strucxiarr commencement requirnments Iri are effort to provide <br />some fiexihilifiy cartcerning large-scale, mufti-phased, deveiapmerkt projects. Ultimoteiy, <br />staff would like to require that a developer submit various permit applications to local, <br />State, andlar Federal agencies in arcfer #a show larogress in cornmer~cing the <br />devefapmerit of an approved project. <br />
