80 <br /> 32- 40:--LFG Collection System shall mean all equipment at the Landfill, including <br /> piping,header lines,lateral lines,wells,pumps,blowers,condensate knock-out vessels,flare,and <br /> related equipment used by the University to extract, collect, and treat Landfill Gas from the <br /> Landfill. <br /> 4I—LFG Project shall mean the LFG Collection System, the Gas Conversion <br /> System,and the Pipeline. <br /> 42-LFG Project Permits means all licenses,permits,certifications,authorizations, <br /> approvals, easements and entitlements issued by any Governmental Authority (including the <br /> County) and relating to the ownership, development, construction, installation, operation, <br /> maintenance and/or repair of the LFG Project, including, without limitation, any special use <br /> permits or special use permit modifications, as all of the foregoing may, from time to time <br /> hereafter,be amended or supplemented. <br /> 42. 43- Meter Point A shall be located on the header line that branches to the Gas <br /> Conversion System as shown on Exhibit B. Meter Point A shall be the point where the heating <br /> energy content of Landfill Gas delivered to the Gas Conversion System is measured. <br /> 43 44—Meter Point A Methane Content has the meaning set forth in Paragraph <br /> -14-97118. <br /> 44: 45:-Meter Point B shall be located on the header line that branches to the flare as <br /> shown on Exhibit B. Meter Point B shall be the point where the heating energy content of <br /> Landfill Gas delivered to the flare is measured. <br /> 45. 46-Meter Point B Methane Content has the meaning set forth in Paragraph <br /> X115. <br /> 47-MMBtn means one million(1,000,000)BTUs. <br /> (00022477_DOC) <br />
