121 <br /> Party may change the address to which communications or payments are to be made by notice to <br /> the other Party as set forth above. <br /> 1M. 455 Integration. This Agreement is intended by the Parties as the final expression <br /> of their agreement with respect to such subject matter, both written and oral, and supersedes all <br /> previous agreements. <br /> 155. -Waiver. No delay or omission by a Party to exercise any right occurring upon <br /> any non-compliance or default by the other Party with respect to any of the terms of the Agreement <br /> shall impair any such right or power or be construed to be a waiver thereof. A waiver by either the <br /> County or the University of any failure of the other Party to perform any of its obligations under <br /> this Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of any future or continuing failure or failures, <br /> whether similar or dissimilar thereto. <br /> 156. 157.Choice of Law. This Agreement and any provisions contained herein shall be <br /> interpreted under the laws of North Carolina without regard to principles of conflicts of law. <br /> 15 158. Communications. Neither Party shall make any public announcement <br /> concerning this Agreement nor the transaction contemplated herein without first obtaining the <br /> approval of the other Party which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed. <br /> 158. 159.Equal Opportunity/Non-discrimination. The Parties shall comply with all <br /> federal and state requirements concerning fair employment and employment practices <br /> discriminating by reason of race, color, religion, gender, national origin, disability, age, creed, <br /> veteran's status, or sexual orientation. <br /> 159. 160.
