At this point in time, there is a freeze on out of state travel in order to <br /> minimize the impact reduced revenues may have on the County's total budget. <br /> RECOMMENDATION(S): The Manager recommends the Board amend the current travel <br /> policy to incorporate the proposed process for establishing and maintaining per diem <br /> reimbursement for travel on County business and minor revisions as shown in the attachment, <br /> effective July 1, 2009. <br />
