The following is a summary of meeting from written <br /> 24 notes and staff) <br /> 25 <br /> 26 <br /> 27 <br /> 28 <br /> 29 AGENDA ITEM 10: ENO ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT(EDD)AREA SMALL AREA PLAN <br /> 30 To consider a recommendation to the BOCC regarding the text revision to the Eno EDD Area <br /> 31 Small Area Plan heard at the November 24, QPH. <br /> 32 <br /> 33 Presenter: Shannon Berry, Special Projects Planner <br /> 34 <br /> 35 Shannon Berry gave a presentation. In September the Eno EDD Task Force met to discuss the residential limits <br /> 36 within the Mixed Use district. Task force members concurred with staffs recommendation of limiting the acreage for <br /> 37 new residential development to 25%of the total land area within the Mixed Use district. In addition,they agreed with <br /> 38 the added provision of allowing residential units constructed above non-residential uses to not count toward the 25% <br /> 39 residential acreage limit. It was then heard at the November 24th quarterly public hearing. <br /> 40 <br /> 41 MOTION by Larry Wright to revise the definition of the Eno Mixed Use proposed land use category to specify an <br /> 42 acreage limit for residential development within the Mixed Use area as recommended by staff for the Eno EDD small <br /> 43 area plan.
