Documentation of Impact Fee Payment Yes. The fee was paid at the time the <br /> building permit was issued. Actual reimbursement will take place at the time the <br /> Impact Fee Agreement is executed by Habitat for Humanity and recorded in the <br /> Register of Deeds Office. <br /> FINANCIAL IMPACT: The current balance from the FY 2008-2009 appropriation for im act <br /> impact <br /> reimbursements is $72,000.
