That the closing of the aforementioned street known as Bramble Road is not contrary to the public interest and no individual owning property in the vicinity of said street would be deprived of a reasonable means of ingress and egress into his or her property, but the plat and survey entitled "Section T?~ree (3) Willow Ridge" recorded in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Durham County in Plan Book 70, at Page 30, and in the Office of the Register of Deeds in Plat Book 19 at Page 52, a ooPSI of which is attached hereto and marked ~.. as "Exhibit B" and is to be incorporated into and made a part hereof sa if fully set out herein, shows the street known as Bramble Road, petitioned to be closed. __ - 9.
