She asked that the <br /> County Commissioners keep an eye out for these grants for septic systems. <br /> Clarifying questions were asked by the County Commissioners and answered by <br /> Rosemary Summers. <br /> Chair Jacobs asked how Orange County works with undocumented people. Rosemary <br /> Summers said that she thinks the Health Department does a good job of helping people feel <br /> safe. The Latino population really trusts the Health Department to provide services <br />
