By a past precedent of the Board of County Commissioners, individuals who live <br /> outside Orange County have been appointed to represent an organization on a board. An <br /> example is Suzanne Deobald who lives in Wake Forest, NC, but serves on the Human Services <br /> Advisory Commission as their Philanthropic Organization representative. <br /> Position Number Special Representation Expiration Date <br /> 3 Hillsborough Chamber of 12/31/2011 <br /> Commerce <br /> FINANCIAL IMPACT: None. <br /> RECOMMENDATION(S): Consider making a new appointment to the Chapel Hill/Orange County <br /> Visitors Bureau. <br />
