The Grantee shall retain all fnanuial records,supporting documents and all other <br /> pertinent records related to the Project for a period of five(5)years from the Termination <br /> Date. In the event such records are audited,ail Project records shall be retained beyond <br /> snub five-year period until any and all audit fmdinp have been resolved.The Grantee <br /> . must require any Subgnntees to reten all recap~ for awe(5)years Croat the'fenniiaation <br /> Date or from the resolution of any audit fmdinp,whichever is later. <br /> C. The Grantee agrees to allow the State Auditor or the State Auditor's designee to enter its <br /> penises and examine it records in accordance with N.C.[ten.SLaL 147-643 and[iul.hor <br /> agrees to permit the Ste Auditor to examine vatic papers in the possession of the <br /> Grantee's auditors. The Grantee shall require any Subgrtinntees to permit the State <br /> Auditor er the Slate Auditor's designee the same access to the Subgrantnes`records and <br /> work papers. <br /> I). The Grantee further agrees to make available to the Commission or its designated <br /> rep sentative all of its records iwhich relate In Lk;Project and agrees to allow the <br /> Commission or its representative to audit,examine nod copy any:Ind all data documents, <br /> proceodinp,records and notes of activities reio ing in any way to the Project.
