5 <br /> D. Provide any necessary training, at no cost, for the use of the mobile base <br /> radio unit to the Servicing Agency. <br /> E. Provide the Servicing Agency a current and correct list of emergency <br /> contact information for the Eno River State Park and its staff on a <br /> minimum annual basis and more frequently to reflect staff and contact <br /> information changes. <br /> F. Provide a quarterly equipment inspection of the mobile base radio unit by <br /> Recipient Agency and notify the Servicing Agency of the pending <br /> inspection in advance to be done at the Servicing Agency's convenience. <br /> V. TERMINATION OF AGREEMENT <br /> Either agency may terminate this Agreement at any time by providing ten(10) <br /> days written notice to the other agency. It is further agreed transactions made to <br /> • <br /> the Division of Criminal Information and requests for the dispatch of Law <br /> Enforcement Units/Services, Emergency Medical Services, Technical Rescue <br /> Services, Fire Suppression Services, Search and Rescue Services and Hazardous <br /> Materials Services made in behalf of the Recipient Agency are provided as a <br /> service and this service may be discontinued by Servicing Agency if at any time <br /> this service becomes a burden due to personnel manpower or computer system <br /> availability.
