Provided the property is certified as.qualifying farmland, and the Agricultural <br />Preservation Board recommends designation as a voluntary agricultural district, the Board of <br />Commissioners could consider the request in the fall of 2008. <br />The Harrys have identified six tracts for consideration for the VAD program, five in Cheeks <br />Township and one in Bingham Township.
