We do recommend the <br />additional phrase (in bold print) to Paragraph 2 which <br />clarifies that though the County Commissioners may <br />receive or even solicit recommendations for <br />appointments, that the BOCC will make a final decision <br />on appointments based on all factors. <br />RECOMMENDATION: The Manager and Clerk to the Board recommend that the <br />Board adopt the amendment to Paragraph 2 of the <br />resolution as described above. <br />• <br />
