The question has been raised as to whether task forces are included in this <br />stipulation. A proposed amendment to section five of the policy, which addresses this question, is <br />attached and underlined. 'The amendment would allow citizens serving in two appointed positions to <br />also serve on one short-term task force. A current example is the Master Aging Plan Task Force. <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT: None <br />RECOMMENDATON(S): The Manager recommends that the Boazd approve the amendment to <br />the policy governing appointments to boards and commissions. <br /> <br />
