The Boazd of County Commissioners authorizes that the compensation of County <br />Commissioners will be adjusted each yeaz by the percentage amount equivalent to the <br />In-Range Salary Increase established for permanent Orange County employees in that <br />fiscal year. <br />2. The Item 1 compensation adjustment will be effective December 1 of each year. <br />3. The Boazd of Commissioners directs the prepazation of the annual Budget Ordinance to <br />include the adjustment to the amount of compensation for the Boazd members described <br />in this policy. <br />4. The Boazd of Commissioners adopts the Commissioners' compensation amounts for the <br />fiscal yeaz through adoption of the Budget Ordinance for that fiscal yeaz. <br />D.K <br />1 <br />
