These shall be cleaned as often <br />^ as necessary' to prevent a nu,sance or insect breeding and shall be maintained in good repair. <br />(d) Vehicles or containers used for the collection and transportation of any solid waste shall be loaded <br />and mo~•ed in such a manner that the contents ~~'ill not fall, leak, or spill, and shall be covered when <br />necessar~~ to keep contents dr}• and to Pre~•ent blo~~'ing of material.
