All eorsents received since <br />the initial hearing oa- llovesher 28, 1988 and 1a:tuary 19 Hera <br />carefully reviewed by a caasittee cowposed of Coasissioner <br />Hartwoll, the County Manager, the County Attorney, the County <br />Rngine•r and the P1anAing Director. Recisions to the policy Ker• <br />then Bade to address concerns identified by citisens, advisory <br />boards, utility providers and sunieipalities during the hesring <br />process. <br />Open aospl•tioa of the revised draft, •eetings were held with <br />representatives of the Towne of Chapel Hili, Carrboro, and <br />Hillsborough, the Eaonosie Developsent Cossission and Orange <br />Hater 8 sewer Authority to rwiew the draft.
