DRAFT i o <br />EFFECTIVE DATE <br />• Remediation of failed wells pursuant to this policy may begin only after both the <br />Oranae County Board of Health and the Orange County Board of County <br />Commissioners approve the policy Residents that incurred costs relating to well <br />failures prior to the approval of the two boards but after October 10 2001 may seek <br />reimbursement of those costs upon submittal of supporting documentation for the <br />work.
