• 6. The non-profit organization is responsible for providing <br />written documentation of impact fee payment to the <br />Housing and Community Development Department. After <br />notification, the Finance Department will be asked <br />within five working days to prepare a check for the <br />organization. <br />7. All funding recommendations will be good for a period of <br />six months from the date of approval.
