Holman, therefore, in order to clear <br />the title it was necessary for a release deed releasing any possible claim <br />from aotiae of lien Piled in the ofPiae of the Clerk oP Superior Court of Orange <br />County on August 2, 19b6, against Qolden B. Holman. <br />IIpon motion of Commissioner Ira A. Ward, seconded by Commissioner Henrq S. <br />Walker, it was moved and adopted, that Chairman Bennett be authorized to sign a -", <br />release deed from Orange County to Nettie Bynum Shaw on lot !} oP the property of <br />Robert and Luvenia Sgnum heirs. <br />Chairmen Bennett filed the followSng items with the Clerk: <br />1. Gattis, Acting Clerk <br />MINVPES OF THE ORANGE COIINTY <br />BOARD DF COMMISSIONERS <br />June 10, 1971 <br />The Board of County Commissioners of Orange County met in adjourned session <br />at 8:30 P.M, on Thurdday, Tune 10, 1971. in the Commissioners Room of the <br />Courthouse in Hillsborough, North Carolina. <br />Members Present: Chairman Harvey D. Bennett, and Commiasionara William C. <br />Ray, Henry S. Walker, Ira A. Ward and C. Norman Walker. <br />Members Absent: None <br />Thin session was held For the purpose of discussing the possibility oP <br />completing the water line along East Center Street with members of the Mebane <br />Town Board of Aldermen and the Manager of the Town of Mebane. <br />A representative of the General Electric Corporation was also present. He <br />stated that General Elactric~a concern in the matter was to assure that an <br />alternate source oP water to their pleat might be obtained. Chairman Bennett <br />stated that the Covnty intended to complete the water line when there is enough <br />demand for the water, thus justifying the County~s expenditure for said project. <br />The County Administrator advised the Beard that the North Central Piedmont <br />Resources Conservation Ac Development Agency planned to proceed with the <br />installation oP the sediment atruatur0s at Lake Orange. <br />r <br />
