Ne action was takes on this report. <br />The County Attorney reported the conversation which he had had with <br />Senator Gordon Allen relative to House Bill ',663. Senator Allen had requested <br />that the Board submit to him, by way of letter, their positioa concerning said <br />b111. <br />Upon motion oP Commissioner Norman Walker, seconded by Commissioner Henry <br />S. Ward, seconded by Commissioner William <br />C. Ray, the Tea Supervisor was authorized to reimburse Mr. Mazzara in the amount <br />oP $10.00. ' <br />Chairman Sennett presented a letter from the $oard of Education. Said <br />letter requested that the Board endorse the School Boards request to the State <br />Highway Commission that SR 1315, known as the EPland-Cheeks School Road, be <br />paved. <br />IIpon motion of Cemm3.saiener W3.lliam C. Ray, seconded by Cosmaiasioner <br />Norman Walker, it was moved and adopted, that the Board approve the paving of the <br />Efland-Cheeks School road. <br />The County Administrator advised the $oard that in preparing the 1970-1971 <br />budget that he had shown the FIysoneeahee Library appropriation request as <br />19,930.00 when it should have been $20,630.D0. Mr. Gattia recommended that an <br />additional $700.00 be made available #x'am the k~aergency I~znd to cover the <br />diPPerenae created between the two appropriation Figures. <br />Upon motion oP Commissioner Ira A. Ward, seconded by Commissioner William <br />C. Ray, it was moved and adopted, that the County Administrator be authorized to <br />take $700.00 Prom the Emergency Fluid and apply same to the 1970-1971 <br />Hyconeechee Library budget. <br />
