Walker, the following Resolution was adopted: THAT WHEREAS, the Commissioners have no objection to the students who are residents of Orange County and who desire to attend the schools of Alamanae County attending said schools, the Board Sa unalterably opposed to enlarging the Aiamance County School Administrative Unit so as to include any portion of Orange County under any circumstances: THEREFORE, BE TT RESOLVED that the Board of Commissioners of Orange County does hereby express its unalterable opposition to House Bili 663. The Tax Supervisor requested that a release oP interest for Ernest Mazzara in the amount of $10.00 covering the 1969-1970 tax bills be made. Upon motion of Commissioner Ira A. Ward, seconded by Commissioner William C. Ray, the Tea Supervisor was authorized to reimburse Mr. Mazzara in the amount oP $10.00. ' Chairman Sennett presented a letter from the $oard of Education. Said letter requested that the Board endorse the School Boards request to the State Highway Commission that SR 1315, known as the EPland-Cheeks School Road, be paved. IIpon motion of Cemm3.saiener W3.lliam C. Ray, seconded by Cosmaiasioner Norman Walker, it was moved and adopted, that the Board approve the paving of the Efland-Cheeks School road. The County Administrator advised the $oard that in preparing the 1970-1971 budget that he had shown the FIysoneeahee Library appropriation request as 19,930.00 when it should have been $20,630.D0. Mr. Gattia recommended that an additional $700.00 be made available #x'am the k~aergency I~znd to cover the diPPerenae created between the two appropriation Figures. Upon motion oP Commissioner Ira A. Ward, seconded by Commissioner William C. Ray, it was moved and adopted, that the County Administrator be authorized to take $700.00 Prom the Emergency Fluid and apply same to the 1970-1971 Hyconeechee Library budget.
