At that meeting the <br />Board of Commissioners on the advice of the County Attorney <br />deferred action on the policy until he could meet with the <br />Planning Staff to discuss handling the situation with ai <br />ordinance revision rather than a policy. That meeting ha: <br />been held. The following recommendation results from tha~ <br />meeting. ~~ <br />RECOMMENDATION: The~County Manager recommends approval of the propose <br />policy as recommended by the Planning Board with the <br />following additional condition: <br />- That the Planning Staff be directed to bring forth an <br />ordinance amendment to implement the policy, i.e., set thf <br />effective date of the amendments to Section IY=-B~B- c-t a: <br />March 24, 1987. ~ ~ ~ ~~ <br /> <br />• <br />
