Authorize the Chair as a member, ex officio, of the <br />Public-Private Partnership Steering Committee, to work <br />towards the goals adopted by the conference; and <br />2. Instruct County members of the working <br />intergovernmental group to not consider, as a part of their <br />deliberations, disenfranchisement of County citizens through <br />placing them in extraterritorial jurisdiction but will <br />emphasize and encourage intergovernmental cooperation to <br />achieve planning goals. <br />~~ <br />• <br />
